VISIBLUE PLUS is a sterile, pyrogen free blue colored aqueous solution. It contains Brilliant Blue G, a new non-toxic Triphenylmethane dye which selectively stains the ILM to facilitate complete peeling during retinal surgery to repair macular holes. It is ready to use with a concentration of 0.05% w/v Brilliant Blue G in buffered solution.

AVAILABLE IN STERILE 1 ML VIAL (PACK OF 5 VIALS)

INDICATIONS

To selectively stain and visualize internal limiting membrane, facilitating removal of the tissue and reducing the risk of retinal damage.

WARNING & PRECAUTION

  • Take the usual precautions for surgical treatments of the posterior eye segment

  • Do not overfill the vitreous cavity with VISIBLUE PLUS

  • Avoid staining of VISIBLUE PLUS under the retina

  • Do not apply VISIBLUE PLUS on a macular hole if the internal limiting membrane(ILM) has

  • already been removed

  • Do not use on children and pregnant women

  • Do not use the product after expiry date and if the package has been damaged or opened • For single use only, Not for IM/IV injection

ADVERSE REACTIONS

  • VISIBLUE PLUS is well tolerated in the eye vitreous space

  • It is recommended to remove VISIBLUE PLUS within  1-2 minutes after injection into the

  • Avoid using VISIBLUE PLUS on patients who are hypersensitive to any of its components

Store between 2°C and 35°C
